This layer functions to inhibit respiration rate, oxidation, water loss, microbial degradation, and suppress lipase enzyme activity, thereby extending the post-harvest shelf life of FFB. By preserving fruit quality, Promus Biocoat helps produce crude palm oil (CPO) with low Free Fatty Acid (FFA) content. Our Bio-coating is available in concentrated liquid form and can be applied using three methods: dipping, spraying, and brushing. For dipping and spraying methods, it is recommended to dilute the product with water at a 1:3 ratio prior to application to ensure even distribution and optimal results.
